Contrary to what many people believe, YAYAs are not lazy. They merely grew up in a world of instant gratification and now expect to receive it constantly, in all aspects of their lives.

YAYAs believe that their self-worth is very high. They voice their opinion and strive to better the companies they work for.

Expectations

YAYAs have high expectations for themselves, their employer and their boss. They are extremely proactive from the start of any job or assignment. They have expectations to obtain higher-level positions at a quick pace.
